I have been living in Arizona since 1998 and don’t think that I will ever be able to leave.  I picked up the ‘Spike’ nickname shortly after moving here and have not been able to shake it. I have a home in Mesa right off of the Beeline Highway and a family cabin in Pine. Since I drive between the two pretty regularly I have become pretty familiar with AZGFD hunting Unit 22. Unit 22 is my first choice for Deer, Elk, and Javelina in every draw. I am also a pretty dedicated predator hunter and am a member of the Arizona Predator Callers club.
